Empty and dispose of large bags safely
In order to insert special silicic acid into a mixing container, a bag emptying station with an empty bag compactor arranged on the side was integrated into the existing production environment. We removed the previous components when installing this. The dust extraction lines were prepared so that they could be connected effortlessly to the existing lines for the extraction system that was present.

Description
The bags are cut open and emptied using the grate. The empty bags can be disposed of in the DN400 extra large discharge shaft. Optimum dust extraction is guaranteed thanks to the air guide plate. The empty bags are compacted in the screw compactor and pressed into the film tube. This enables low-dust and low-cost disposal of the empty bags.
