IB Verfahrens- und Anlagentechnik’s bulk materials containers usually have a volume between 500 and 2000 litres. The standard configuration includes a cover, hopper, butterfly valve and an air inlet and outlet connection. The cylindrical or rectangular containers are made of stainless steel or galvanised sheet steel. The modular construction kit makes it possible to combine different frames, containers, flaps, covers, fill level indicators, shut-off valves and dosing devices.

Product description
The container is transported by crane, forklift or pallet truck. The base frame has forklift pockets on both sides. Eyelets for transport using a crane can be provided on the upper frame. Furthermore, the frames are designed with centring corners that enables easy, safe and space-saving stacking.
In order to guarantee a long service life even if handled robustly, the containers are designed with a stable frame.
Materials
The containers and the frames are made of galvanised sheet steel or stainless steel. The bulk materials containers can also be made of aluminium to reduce the weight.
In order to adhere to the high standards of the food industry, they can be produced with a roughness of 0.8 µm.
